Maintenance and repair

We can lift machines up to 40 Tm in our warehouse. The activities carried out include: coil manufacturing, VPI permeating, machines balancing at rated speed (maximum 3.000 rpm), drying and treatment in oven equipment up to 5 m and testing in bench.

EMENASA is specialist in vibrations, we are experts in water lubricated bearings. Our facilities are equipped with electric magnitudes measuring machines. We count with the certificates ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007. EMENASA is official after sales service of the following brands: INDAR, MARELLI, AvK STAMFORD and MARELEC.

Field service

EMENASA provides technical assistance during installation, commissioning and during the complete lifecycle of motors and generators, ensuring the proper functionality of equipment and verifying performance. All the works supplied by EMENASA are carried out by specialized field service engineers.

Works carried out

Repair of alternators up to 110 MW and 15 kV, poles disassembly and stator coils repair.
Inspection and disassembly in generators plant to clean and repair horizontal and vertical machines up to 30 MW and 6,6 kV.
Design and installation of excitation systems for generators, up to 7 MW.

Assembly of Ø10m and 18 MW alternators
Assembly and commissioning of all kind of generators up to 35 MW
