Successful electrical installation in the THE NRP SETUBAL

Electromecánica Naval e Industrial S.A. (EMENASA), has successfully finished engineering, electrical installations and tests on board of the NRP SETUBAL.

The offshore patrol vessel, with a total length of 81 m, was built in WESTSEA SHIPYARDS in Viana do Castelo and delivered to the Portuguese Navy the last month of December.

EMENASA, as with the twin vessel NRP SINES, was the company in charge of delivering the turn key electrical installation, as well as the following equipment:

• Two Main Switchboards, 400 Vac
• Load centers
• Distribution switchboards, 400 and 230 Vac
• Transformers of the electrical installation
